HR Operations Manager
At the heart of the world’s most idyllic island destinations, Anantara
Resort Maldives occupies its own cluster of islands set in a sparkling
turquoise lagoon and comprising of Anantara Dhigu Maldives, Anantara Veli
Maldives and Anantara Naladhu Maldives.
An opportunity exists for a HR Operations Manager to join our team of
experienced professionals. If you are willing to take up the challenge, and can
fulfill the following requirements then we would love to hear from you:
A minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a five star international hospitality operation.A hospitality graduate from a well recognized hospitality institute.Experience in the Maldives would be an advantage but not essential.Ability to communicate effectively in English with excellent presentation skills.Self driven and motivator able to work with minimum supervision.An exceptionally well organized and dynamic person.Pleasant personality, is loyal and honest.
A people oriented person with a natural flare for creativity.The position is on single status, and ability to adapt to an isolated island living environment is favorable.Please note this appointment is for a 6 month period only.
