Duties &
Responsibilities:
Answers the telephone efficiently and suggests food and beverage items
using up selling techniques. Takes guest orders accurately, repeats the order
and quote delivery time. Communicates orders and notifies of special requests.
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comment and other
relevant information. Establishes and maintains effective employee working
relationships. Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings
as scheduled. Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the
service.
Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and
procedures including but not limited to: House Rules and Regulations, Health
and Safety, Grooming, Quality, Service, Hygiene and Cleanliness Performs
related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in similar position/level of 1 year minimum in a 5*
property. Proficient in spoken and written English. High energy driven,
Out-going, positive. Good communication skills, detail and customer focused,
able to understand guest needs, organized and responsible, professional in
conduct, Team player, Well groomed, Honest, Polite, Helpful, Creative,
consistent in work and behavior, good knowledge and understanding of service
etiquette, service skills and food & beverage products.
