Medianet Digital. High Definition (HD) channels have added a new meaning to

Customer Insight and Market Research
Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant must have outstanding ability to take
initiative and executive the functions assigned independently with minimum
supervision. The Marketing Assistant shall assist or directly executive any
functional assignment given by the Assistant Manager – Customer Insight and
Market Research.
Customer Experience
Customer Service
Officer (EPG/Program Guide/Messaging & Online Services)
Customer Service Officers are expected to work with minimum supervision
within the guidelines provided by the senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A’ Levels, diploma or certificate in marketing or related field
- Familiarity in use of social media
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in the use of spreadsheets
- Experience in a related field
