SALES AND RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE, RUSSIAN MARKET

NEOTRAV, a new and upcoming local Destination Marketing Company is looking for Sales and Reservations Executive, Russia/CIS Markets.

Job Description
  • Promoting and Selling luxury Resorts and tour packages to the Russian Market;
  • Coordinate with our Rep office in Russia for reservations and enquiries.
  • Promoting and marketing Resorts and packages to individual enquires.
  • Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records;
  • Sourcing new promotions from Resorts to meet customer’s demands.
  • Taking part in familiarisation visits to new Resorts in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers;
  • Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules well in advance;
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations;
  • Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
  • Enjoy delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times whilst meeting targets.
  • Dealing with all enquiries from travel agents, direct customers and travel industry partners
  • Make quotations and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents
  • Make reservations with local suppliers, restaurants and hotels
  • Issue invoices for each booking and assist accounting department with regards to payment
  • Ensure all sales are reported to in system or your sales report if any.
Skills required

The successful candidate should have relevant travel industry reservations/sales/operations/marketing experience, strong sales skills with the ability to work well under pressure. You will need to be sales focused with a positive outlook, organised and the ability to well within a team. You will also need to have good communications skills along with good administration skills too.
