Currently we are looking for a Water
Bottling Supervisor:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee set up and maintenance of production machinery including break down and change over production water bottling machinery
- Some hands-on troubleshooting and repair
- Participate in helping ensure compliance with Executive Chef / F&B Manager, HACCP and state and federal security and quality control regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates ability and aptitude for mechanical equipment troubleshooting
- Electrical troubleshooting experience, a plus
- Experience in beverage bottling plant preferred
- Knowledge of compliance and regulation issues and standards a plus
