General Cashier cum Paymaster
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the timely preparation of the daily banking of cash
- Preparing the General Cashier’s summary and processing petty cash
- Prepares and executes the payroll treatment and follow ups
Experience:
- 03 years in hotel accounting or auditing experience or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good writing skills
Head Chef – Staff Cafe’
Job Scope:
- Manage the Crew Canteen maintaining low cost of operation whilst ensuring high standards of service
Experience:
- 2 years experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
Required Skills:
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Chinese Guest Services Officer
Job Scope:
- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
Experience:
- 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualification:
- High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Required Skills:
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Able to read and write English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
Housekeeping Coordinator
Job Scope:
- Responsible for attending to the control desk telephone, communication within Housekeeping and between Housekeeping and other departments as well as clerical services of the Housekeeping department.
Experience:
- At least 2 years experience on the same post
Qualification:
- Able to read and write; comfortable in meeting new people; basic computer skills
Required Skills:
- Communication skills are utilized to communicate team members, hotel guests and general public.
