Qualification
- Minimum of four
years of experience in a similar field.

Job Specifications
- Preparing MIS reports, budgets, cash & fund flow statement, balance sheet, audit reports, sales invoices, debtor’s reconciliation and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance.
- Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation, and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
- Implementing MIS to provide timely & information on expense details, performance, target achievement, budgetary variance, receivables, etc.
- Providing periodic financial reports including financial information and interpretations to the Corporate Managing Director.
- Integrating financial budgets, forecasts, long term plans and quarterly revisions for individual units and for the group as a whole, set up systems to track and analyze variance.
- Liaising with the company’s bankers on limits and facilities, and prepare weekly/monthly payment settlement to suppliers and various other matters.
- Monitor and control general stores issuances

2. ALA CARTE CHEF
Qualification
- Diploma in Food production
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Specifications
- Excellent knowledge of eastern & western culinary fusion
- Good knowledge of ala carte food cuisine
- Able to understand the basic sanitation requirements regarding food handling, personal hygiene, sanitation and equipment safety.
- Excellent presentation in hot and cold kitchen.
- Good food service background and culinary skills.
- Very good ability to stand long periods and able to work under pressure.
- Suggests changes in menu items or service procedures, as per guest feed back or perceived needs.
