Responsibilities
Responsible for acquisition of goods
and/or services at the best possible total cost of ownership, in the optimum
quality and quantity, at the right time, in the right place and from the
approved source for the direct benefit or use of the resort, to comply with
audit requirements, other resort & corporate standards and policies.
Responsible for the logistic process, continuity & security of resort
supply chain
Sous Chef – Asian
Demi Chef - Pasty
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in a well reputed 5* resort hotel
- Proven track record of key accomplishments at work place
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills in coaching Team Members
- Excellent time management skills with ability to independently plan work and execute tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent Computer skills
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
