HEAD PASTRY CHEF
- Minimum certified Trade Qualification and or a Pastry Diploma/ Degree.
- Thorough knowledge of traditional and contemporarily pastry and desert concepts.
- Must have 3 - 5 years as Pastry Sous Chef or above/Management experience in Premium International Hotel or Resort operations.
- Attention to detail. Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude. Team player
COMMIS I
- Must have Indian foods, Tandoori and western experience within 5 star environment.
- Must have minimum 2 years experience.
