SOUS CHEF
(French Fine dining Restaurant)

Must be hardworking and energetic & willing to work under pressure with excellent coordination and Customer Service skills with an Eye for Details

1. Nationality: FRENCH Nationals only
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position within five star luxury hotels & Resorts.
3. Qualification: Diploma or equivalent education
4. Language: Excellent French and English communication skills both written and oral.
5. Skills: Good knowledge of Food products. Market exploitation, food cost controlling knowledge and knowledge of kitchen equipment. Candidate must have an outgoing personality that is able to entice guests in a unique dining experience.
