Beverage Manager cum Sommelier

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative team players to become part of the Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu team for the following positions;

Beverage Manager cum Sommelier

Beverage Manager required for a luxury resort in Maldives.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain a positive attitude, behaviors, skills, and practice the values that follow:
  1. To be knowledgeable in Food and Beverage service and operation.
  2. Lead by example, vibrant, skillful, empowered and dedicated
  3. Professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Think of creative ways to say “yes” and amazed our guest
  5. Be able to deliver and provide new styles and innovations.

You must have :
  1. At least 2 years experienced as Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager and ready to take the next steps.
  2. Candidates who have experienced in the Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius will be an added advantage.
  3. WSET level  certification – be able to host Wine dinners, wine tastings and training the associates
  4. Excellent Administrative Skills and possesses good knowledge of  the business
  5. Self-motivated, young , energetic and willing to work in a challenging isolated location
  6. Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with multicultural associates.
  7. Excellent command of written and spoken English
  8. Well groomed and presentable
