Thai Sous Chef
Responsible for supervision of kitchen brigade within your designated
area
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in planning and implementation of daily
menus
With at least three years work
experience as a Thai Chef at similar post
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Complies with company’s Hygiene and sanitation standard
Ability to train and motivate subordinates
Chef De Partie/Bakery Chef
To be responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and
quality control of all food items
To read and take immediate action on report relating to kitchen from
Sous Chef
Good written and spoken English skills
Able to work long hours and under pressure
Supervise other kitchen staff
Organized with an eye for details
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
