REQUIREMENTS
- Prepare Breakfast to a consistently high standard in line with the menu specifications
- Working in a strong brigade the breakfast chef must have previous knowledge in this position and an eye and a passion for the restaurant industry.
- Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Duties also include preparation and service for lunch. Will require early morning starts!
