Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is looking for enthusiastic and creative team players to become part of the Coco Palm family for the following positions;

Food & Beverage Manager

Requirements:

Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate should

• have 2 years experience in the same position in a 5star resort
• have a Degree in relevant area
• possess excellent knowledge in Food and Beverage service and operation
• be a professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• be able to deliver and provide new styles and innovations
• be self-motivated, energetic and willing to work in a challenging isolated location
• have the ability to lead, motivate and communicate with multicultural associates
• possess excellent command over written and spoken English
• be well groomed and presentable
• be financially aware and be able to prepare budgets/forecasts and achieve targets
• ability to evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• the ability and willingness to develop team members
