F&B Service Department
SOMMELIER
Wine and Management Diploma / Master of
Wine Degree.
Four year's experience preferred in a
fine-dining restaurant or related operational experience.
Understands and respect local culture,
able to adapt to changes and isolated environment.
Creativeness and readiness for
innovations.
Reliability and “getting the job done”
through persistence and a strong work ethic
Ability to work and make decisions under
pressure
Highly motivated with strong leadership
and organizational skills
Guest focused friendly, co-operative,
responsive attitude and a team player.
Flexible working hours, hands on,
patient, people’s person and very service oriented
High level of written and spoken
