Resort Manager
- Single, ambitious, outgoing & friendly personality, work independently without supervision, high energy individual, full of initiative in getting things done
- Hotel school diploma or equivalent NVQ
- Possesses aptitude, leadership and management skills and potential for upward mobility
- Has 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in an international luxury resort environment specializing in Food & Beverage. 1 year experience as Resort Manager will be an advantage
- Good understanding of wine and beverage knowledge, innovative food trends and an interest in culinary
- Creative mind and keeping with new F&B trends in the business
- Relevant exposure in Rooms, Spa and Security operations
- Good English speaking abilities, Foreign languages ability preferred
Restaurant Manager
- Good English speaking abilities and a foreign language ability preferred
- Has 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in an international luxury resort environment specializing in F&B
- Possesses aptitude, leadership and management skills and potential for upward mobility
- Technical education in Hospitality or relevant field is preferred
- Good understanding of wine and beverage knowledge, innovative food trends and an interest in culinary
- Creative mind and keeping with new F&B trends in the business
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
- 2 – 3 years as an assistant outlet manager
- Good knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
Director of Spa
- Has 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Spa in a luxury hotel/resort
- Possesses excellent English speaking abilities
- Possesses beautician, esthetician and or therapist certification which is recognized internationally. e.g: Cidesco
- Creative and innovative in developing new and exciting spa treatments, facials and rituals
- Excellent guest relations and management skills
- Prepares annual plans and forecasts, consistently monitors and manages budgetary goals
- Effectively integrate the Spa with the Resort operations wherever possible and in accordance to the direction of Spa trends
- Interact with guest, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage in a friendly but unobtrusive manner
- Maintain optimum par levels for all materials and supplies and assure availability in operational and guest supplies
- Introduce new and innovative treatments, products, rituals and facials in order to continually enhance and develop the spa menu
Spa Manager
- Good English speaking abilities and a foreign language ability preferred
- Has 4 or more years of relevant experience in Spa Industry
- Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility
- Possesses upward mobility and aptitude
- Beauty school license
- Excellent communications skills, leadership experience
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented

Executive Steward/ Chief Steward
- Prior knowledge of dish machine, steam cleaning, kitchen, and floor cleaning equipment
- Excellent communications skills, leadership experience
- Computer literate

- Performs any additional duties as assigned
- Experience in multi outlet resorts or as an Assistant Executive Steward
- Able to train local and multi-cultural employees
Sous Chef – Asian
- Authentic Western/Asian style experience
- Fine dining experience in either stand alone restaurant or preferable within a luxury branded hotel
- Able to train local and multi cultural employees in Western/Asian cuisine
- Able to develop menu’s for the restaurant
- Able to create standard recipes and photo guides
- Come up with innovative ideas / promotions
- Have a strong understanding of written and spoken English
- Have great customer guest relation skills
- Previous experience in remote location an advantage.
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
Commis
- 2 - 3years experience in similar role
- Previous experience in luxury hotel properties
- Experience in modern and traditional style cuisine
- Has sound knowledge of Haccp and hygiene Asia
- Preferably has remote location experience.
Food & Beverage Attendant
- Fluent in reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- 1 year’s food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
- Fair knowledge of food, preparation and beverages
