1. In Villa Dining Manager
Job Description:
- Providing overall leadership and management of the in-room dining services of the Resort.
- To interact with guests, suppliers, and other partners as required to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maximize the returns to the hotel
- To motivate and supervise all employees involved in the provision of in-room dining, and ensure that the service they deliver is in line with the best Anantara service standards.
- With the hotel training manager, identify training needs and develop and deliver the required training for department employees to meet the needs of the business. Support the training of Departmental Trainers to continue to improve hotel service levels.
- To be aware of the best external competitor offerings in the local market, and to continually work with hotel colleagues to improve our own offerings with the goal of being the best in the market for creativity, service, choice, and value for money.
Qualification:
- At least 3 years related work experience in a five star property
- With excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Excellent communication in English
- Creative

1. Villa Host
Job Description:
- Assists Front Office Department with daily operations, check-in, check out and upselling.
- Initiates contact with guests prior to their arrival and proactively gathers preferences.
- Ensures all tools and equipment are prepared/stacked/organised in the residence pantry at all times.
- Is prepared to carry out Arrivals and Departures according to set procedures.
- Makes make necessary mis-en-place in the allocated pantry to facilitate efficient service.
Qualification:
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Chinese Language)
- At least 1 year related experience in customer service
