Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is looking for
enthusiastic and creative team players to become part of the Coco Palm family
for the following positions
1. Thai
Chef
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of THAI and Oriental delicacies, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Ability to develop menu, and create rosters
- Ability to communicate in English
- Work with Executive Sous Chef to develop Product, Menu, and implementation of different food concepts
2. Chinese
Chef
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of CHINESE and Oriental delicacies, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Ability to develop menu, and create rosters
- Ability to communicate in English
- Work with Executive Sous Chef to develop Product, Menu, and implementation of different food concepts
3. Chef
de Partie/ Demi Chef de Partie – COLD KITCHEN
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Cold Kitchen, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Ability to develop menu, implement different concepts, new menu and products
- Good Communication and organization skills
