Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is looking for an enthusiastic and creative team player to become a part of the Coco Palm family for the following position:

Training Specialist (Female only)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in facilitating Soft Skill, Behavioral, Attitudinal, On-the-job Training in five star luxury hotels and resorts
2. Should be a Self Starter with excellent Content Development and Documentation skills
3. Familiar with modern days Mentoring, Coaching, Behavioral Modification, Activity and Team buildings, etc.
4. Excellent Communication and Presentation skill
5. Minimum ‘A Level’ qualified with relevant diploma/ degree in Training preferred
6. Good computer knowledge of MS Office
7. Pleasing personality with a positive attitude and perseverance
