F&B Service
RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Diploma in Food & Beverage service or equivalent qualification
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Computer proficiency, Train the trainer certificate or similar
- W.S.E.T. (Wine & Spirits education Trust) or similar certificate would be advantage
- Minimum 2 years as Restaurant Manager in well established luxury hotel/resort
- Strong leadership, creativity and training skills.
- Team worker, extremely flexible and ready to go beyond expectations
F&B Kitchen
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
- Minimum certified Trade Qualification and or an Culinary/Cookery Diploma or Degree
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good Communication skills.
- At least 2 years experience in Kitchen at similar position at 5* Resort/Hotel.
- Attention to detail. Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude. Team player
