Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is looking for
enthusiastic and creative team players to become part of the Coco Palm family
for the following positions
1. Chef
de Partie – Associates’ Restaurant
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of different Cuisines, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Ability to develop menu, implement different concepts, new menu and products
- Ability to communicate in English
- Self starter with strong Leadership Skills to develop Product, Menu, and implementation of different food concepts
2. Head
Cook – Associates’ Restaurant
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of different Cuisines, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Good knowledge of different curries and can implement different menus
- Good Communication and organization skills
