GUEST RELATION OFFICER
Requirements:
- dynamic and highly motivated
- experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star resort
- outgoing personality who fosters Customer Relation, Computer literate
- must speak fluent English and other international languages are considered as an advantage
- experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
- flexible working hours, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
- handle guest check-in/out and responsible for front desk operation
BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT
Requirements:
- grooming and positive attitude
- education and experience
- pleasant personality, good communication skills with fluency English
- knowledge and abilities in other languages is desirable
- team worker, extremely flexible
- responsible and well organized
- basic knowledge of computer
