3. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (USD 700 – 1,000)
A. Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and assisting the CEO and Board of Directors
- Assisting Directors with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance and logistics
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities internally and externally
- Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
- Managing Files and Research and the identification of key data sources
- Performing multifaceted general office support
- Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
B. Qualification and
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration
- Relevant experience of 3 years
