A.  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and maintaining proper books of accounts.

B.  Qualification and Experience:
  • Diploma (2 years) or Degree in Accounting and Finance or Related Professional Qualification.

  • Diploma (2 years) in Human Resource/Business Administration/Management or related professional qualification.
  • Relevant experience of 2 years

3. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT        (USD 700 – 1,000)
A. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and assisting the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Assisting Directors with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance and logistics
  • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities internally and externally
  • Sending out and receiving mail and packages
  • Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
  • Managing Files and Research and the identification of key data sources
  • Performing multifaceted general office support
  • Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
B. Qualification and Experience:      
  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration 
  • Relevant experience of 3 years
