Junior Sous Chef
The position is aimed at a young dynamic individual currently in a
Senior Chef De Partie role or similar, that has knowledge of daily
operations and strong in administrative work, good communication skills and
have the basic acumen of kitchen financials, able to run a profitable kitchen.
Strong on Health and Safety, SOP’s, costing and supplies, budgets and brand
requirements, as the above mentioned points will be a special part of his/ her
duties.
The individual should be able to plan and organize departmental short
and long term goals, should have strong
command of the English language (ability to read, write and speak), ability to
plan and cost out new menu's.
