Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is looking for enthusiastic and creative team players to become part of the Coco Palm family for the following positions;

Food & Beverage Manager

Requirements: Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate should

• have 2 years experience in the same position in a 5star resort with a degree in the relevant area
• possess excellent knowledge in Food and Beverage service and operation
• be a professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• be able to deliver and provide new styles and innovations
• be self-motivated, energetic and willing to work in a challenging isolated location
• have the ability to lead, motivate and develop team members
• be well groomed and presentable and possess excellent command over written and spoken English
• be financially aware and be able to prepare budgets/forecasts and achieve targets
• be able to evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

Human Resources Manager

Requirements: Reporting to the General Manager the candidate should have

• At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management
• 3 years experience as Head of Department in Human Resources in a 5* resort
• Strong Communication skills in English ( both written and oral)
• Knowledge of local language would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach
• Strong leadership quality and ability to deliver results under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of Maldivian Labour law
• Experience in HR fusion will be an advantage
