- Good English speaking abilities and a foreign language ability preferred
- Has 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Engineering management
- Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility
- Technical education in Electrical or Civil Trade is required
- Excellent communications skills, leadership experience
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
- Performs any additional duties as assigned
- Able to train local and multi-cultural employees
