SPA Manager
- Good English speaking abilities and a foreign language ability preferred
- Has 4 or more years of relevant experience in Spa Industry or wellness center.
- Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility
- Excellent communications skills, leadership experience
- Ideally with a Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage.
- Handles all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints timely and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
