Operations Executive (German Speaking)
We are seek for a professional to carry out operational duties of one
of our accounts, with experience in DMC duties and with the right attitude,
willingness to achieve success.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Contracting assistance
- Yield duties
- Reporting, sales and destination statistics
- Resorts operations duty for the Tour operator
- Airport assistance for huge groups
Requirement: Must have an outgoing personality with excellent customer
relation, selling & negotiation skills. Fluent (writing and speaking)
English & German essential.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the tourism industry or
relevant field is a bonus.
Airport Representative
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Meet and assist all arriving and departing Ace Travels guests and partner guests.
- Meet and assist VIP’s of Ace Travels and its partners.
- Coordinate with the resort, making sure that the guests are comfortable and looked after until the respective transfer or representative arrives.
- Maintain reports of all arrivals and departures.
- Maintain the airport counter space ensuring it is at all times presentable.
Requirement: Must have an outgoing personality with good communication
skills. Fluent (writing and speaking) English essential.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the tourism industry or
relevant field is a bonus.
Salary and Benefits: Remuneration will be based on skills and
experience.
