LAUNDRY MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hotel School Graduate or Diploma Holder in Hospitality College
- Minimum of 2 years of responsible experience in managing laundry facilities in a hotel will be an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Leadership capability
- Good spoken and command of English
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Knowledge of commercial, industrial or institutional laundry operations, product methods, techniques and equipment including heavy duty washing machines, extractors, dryers, flat ironers, folders and pressing units
- Knowledge of technique and skills required for a modern housekeeping operation including knowledge of linen, fabrics and life span
