Sous Chef/Cafeteria
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- 3 to 4 years experience in cooking and supervision.
- Authentic Western/Asian style experience
- Able to develop menu’s for the Cafeterita
- High school graduate.
- Has sound knowledge of Haccp and hygiene Asia
- Good leadership, training, motivation and communication skills
- Possesses upward mobility and aptitude
- Able to work flexible hours and shift, supporting the needs of Department
- Self motivated
- Computer literate
- Flexible and outgoing personality
