EXECUTIVE CHEF
Sun Group is made up of a number of Companies formed since 1980 to
engage principally in the Maldives Tourism industry.
“Sun Hotels & Resorts”
consists of four resorts under its umbrella. We are now looking for Executive
Chef to one of our 4* Resorts.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and
administrative functions including:
Ensuring adequate resources are available according to business needs
Manage the provision of food to F&B outlets
Control costs without compromising standards
Seek verbal feedback from guests on a regular basis
Manage, train and develop the kitchen team
Comply with all health and safety and food safety legislation
Regular review of all menus with F&B manager to confirm offerings
are in line with market trends
Requirements:
- Catering experience in managerial capacity
- Experience managing a kitchen and developing staff
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Based on Qualifications and Experience
