-  Accountant

Job Summary
To assist the accounting function of the company and process the day to day entries of the accounting function including passing the journal entries and reconciliations of monthly general ledger. Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements. Ensure that all deliverables comply with regulatory guidance and professional standards. Provide assistance to Chief Accountant with external audit. Assist with special projects assigned by management.

Maintain day to day accounting transaction of the company
Assists Preparation of Daily, weekly, monthly and year-end group financial reports.
Assists in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances.
Reconciliation of all accounts
Day to Day to Accounting transaction.

The position of Sales Coordinator provides fantastic experience in telecommunication and paperwork management, and is well suited for anyone with a marketing background. A Sales Coordinator requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset

Job Duty
A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
 The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
A Sales Coordinator may be responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.

Key skills and qualifications:
You must be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing.
You must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
A Sales Coordinator must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Sales Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related sales

Job Description
Provide both clerical and administrative support either as part of a team or individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses throughout industry.
Involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
Include word processing, audio and copy typing, letter writing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries, arranging meetings and appointments and organizing travel for staff
Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
Lliaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues

Skills
Both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organizational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing;
liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
