F&B SUPERVISOR, ASSISTANT STOREKEEPER and JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
QUALIFICATIONS: (F&B Supervisor)
- BTECH National Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years of responsible experience as F&B Supervisor in a hotel specifically in buffet and Ala carte restaurants and bar will be an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills (additional language knowledge preferred), pleasant personality
- Should have suggestive selling and promotion competence
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
- Ability to work with multi-cultural team, people oriented and able to train staff with leadership capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS: (Assistant Storekeeper)
- Hotel school graduate, preferably passed GCE (O’Level) in Mathematics and English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Storekeeper
- Professional qualification in Accounts is an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good spoken and command of English
- Knowledge and experience in Materials Control System is an advantage
- Computer literate in Word and Excel

QUALIFICATIONS: (Junior Sous Chef)
- Preferably high school graduate, hotel or culinary certificate is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in a hotel
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good spoken and command of English
- Ability to work in flexible hours
- Knowledge in productive ideas in food preparations
- First Aid, Fire Safety, Health and Kitchen Safety, HACCP and Food Safety Training is required
