Hostess (Japanese)
Scope of Position: To ensure polite, efficient and the highest
standard of restaurant service in accordance with the resorts food and beverage
procedures and to the satisfaction of all guests.
Experience: A minimum
of two years experience within five star luxury hotels and resort. Any
equivalent or combinations of beverage related experience is acceptable.
Qualifications: GCE O/L or
A/L
Special Skills: Full
knowledge of the operations of bar and restaurant procedures, set up and
service in addition to the resorts SPL’s policies regarding restaurant
services. Any courses relating to further knowledge of restaurant service are
also preferred and welcomed.
Languages: Excellent
Japanese and English communication skills both oral and written
