Telephone Operator (Chinese Speaking)
- Must have knowledge and skills of customer care.
- Must have good command in English and Chinese
- O’ level qualification and Diploma or Foundation level or an equivalent Certificate in a relative field
- An outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills
- Thrives on the interaction with people
- Ability to respond and adapt to various situations and circumstances
- Must be able to multi task effectively
- Ability to work as a Team Player
- 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort
