Storekeeper Supervisor
Job Description:
The Storekeeper Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the
security of the storerooms and ensuring they are organized and managed in a
professional manner as per established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities will also include, but not limited to, inventory,
documentation, monitoring of store items, receiving and distribution of goods
as necessary and to perform any assignments to meet business needs as directed
by direct superior.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2years experience in MC of all features in relation to operation of stores.
- Extensive knowledge over food and beverage in leisure industry.
- Handling of physical verification of stock and its reconciliation.
- Work with “Can do attitude”
- Willing to work long hours and adhere to all standard time lines.
- Availability within three weeks.

Chef de Partie
Job Description:
- With the restaurant chef, organize all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area, ensuring a safe, smooth running and profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
- Support the development of Restaurant cuisine concepts and standards. Be familiar with local market & suppliers. Recommend menu changes according to seasonal product availability.
- Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests. Continually look to recommend improvements and additions to the Anantara presentation guidelines.
- Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, including dating, proper storage, rotation, etc. Maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Qualification:
- Must have general knowledge of food cost.
- Must have 1 year minimum experience in a similar capacity and with preference given to 5 star hotel backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, innovative with a high drive for results.
