ASSISTANT STOREKEEPER
SALES ASSISTANT (female)
(Preferably Maldivians)
QUALIFICATIONS: (Assistant Storekeeper)
- Hotel school graduate, preferably passed GCE (O’Level) in Mathematics and English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Storekeeper
- Professional qualification in Accounts is an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good spoken and command of English
- Knowledge and experience in Materials Control System is an advantage
- Computer literate in Word and Excel

QUALIFICATIONS: (Sales Assistant)
- At least Grade 10 Level
- Combination of education, training or experience including good English communication, to provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- A minimum of one year in Retail Sales and or similar operations is an advantage
- Knowledge of French, German and an additional European language an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Considerable skill in simple mathematical calculations without error. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to understand customers motives for purchasing of merchandise from the Gift Shop and utilize this knowledge to increase revenue
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
