Director of Finance
Qualification Summary
- Minimum 4 years experience as Financial Controller in a five star resort / Hotel.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Accounting Degree or equivalent / Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong personality who fosters good team working relations.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multi task and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written English Language skills.
- Well versed with Sun, Micros & Opera.
- Well conversant with preparation of Financials, formulating and adopting various financial policies, well aquatinted with Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss completion and reconciliation of Ledges, preparation of Month End Reports etc.
Main Responsibilities
- Establishes an efficient management of the hotel’s accounting functions.
- Provides flow of information to all Division / Department Heads related to financial matters.
- Responsible for staff development within Accounting Department Achieves a high standard of performance.
- Responsible for the preparation of Annual Budget Plan and Capital Investment Budget.
- Responsible in achieving the departmental target.
- Ensures the submission of all administration report to the Corporate Office and Owning Company
