Job Description:
- To support the Spa Manager in developing and maintaining the high standard of services in all aspects of the operation. The general responsibilities include being responsible for and reporting all therapist activities relating to working schedule and leave balances, implementing in-house training programs, providing exceptional customer service and performing quality spa treatments.
- To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the Company’s standard as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures
- To implement therapist and attendant working schedules and ensure that it at all times maximizes productivity
- Product maintenance stocked inventory on a daily basis and professional product weekly and monthly inventories
Qualification:
- Must have 1 year minimum experience in a similar capacity and with preference given to 5 star hotel backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, innovative with a high drive for results.

Guest Service Associate (Russian)
Job Description:
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that established levels of guest service are maintained at all times within the reception area.
- Liaises with TMA in coordinating sea plane transfers for guests.
- Providing information on hotel services and facilities, as well as local attractions and general enquires as requested.
- Coordinating transportations for guests in collaboration with the Boat Captains, Bell Captain and Bell Boys including buggy, sea plane and airport transfers.
- Ensures correct documentation of all transactions at Front Office during Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.
Qualification:

- Fluent in Russian language and able to communicate in English.

Chinese Management Trainee (F&B / Front Office)
Job Description:
- To assist the Food & Beverage / Front Office by providing management support. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage / Front Office Manager or his designated nominee.
- Coordinating between the outlets to ensure that all activities as per the project plan are completed on time.
- Support all Food & Beverage / Front Office related activities of Anantara Kihavah Villas, Maldives to ensure that the hotel is successfully positioned to achieve its revenue targets.
- To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including menus, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Anantara properties.
- To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard of Anantara at all times.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
- To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their Anantara experience.
- To attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.
