- Able to speak fluently in Chinese Language
- Excellent communication skills and able to speak and understand fluently in English
- Effective communicator and problem solver
- Good retailing skills
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette
- Good computer knowledge and good administrational Skills
- An outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills
- Must be able to multi task effectively and flexible in working long hours
- Ability to work as a team player and thrives on the interaction with people
- Ability to respond and adapt to various situations and circumstances
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

- Ability to respond and adapt to various situations and circumstances
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort
