Assistant In-Villa Dining Manager
Anantara associates always find new ways to look after the business,
their guests, and their colleagues.
Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Support the overall leadership and management of the in-villa dining services of the resort.
- To interact with guests, suppliers, and other partners as required and ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maximize the returns to the resort.
- To motivate and supervise all associates involved in the provision of in-villa dining, and ensure that the service they deliver is in line with the best Anantara service standards.
- Participate in and lead delivery of required training for department associates to meet the needs of the business.
- To be aware of the best external competitor offerings in the local market, and to continually work with resort associates to improve our own offerings with the goal of being the best in the market for creativity, service, choice, and value for money.
- To be a sales champion for the resort, generating and following up on business referrals and potential sales leads to maximize business for the resort.
- To schedule and arrange private parties in rooms as per the request of the guest.
Qualification:
- Must have 1 year minimum experience in a similar capacity and with preference given to 5 star hotel backgrounds.
- Must be detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to work in a computerized environment which includes knowledge of Microsoft Office and e-mail.
- Self-motivated, innovative with a high drive for results.
- Very good leadership and communication skills
- High level of enthusiasm
