Guest Service Associate (Chinese)
Job Description:
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that established levels of guest service are maintained at all times within the reception area.
- Liaises with TMA in coordinating sea plane transfers for guests.
- Providing information on hotel services and facilities, as well as local attractions and general enquires as requested.
- Coordinating transportations for guests in collaboration with the Boat Captains, Bell Captain and Bell Boys including buggy, sea plane and airport transfers.
- Ensures correct documentation of all transactions at Front Office during Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.
Qualification:
- Must have 1 year minimum experience in a similar capacity and with preference given to 5 star hotel backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, innovative with a high drive for results.
- Fluent in Chinese language and able to communicate in English.
