The area purchasing manager will plan, direct, and carry out all of our Soneva resorts' purchasing activities in the Maldives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a purchasing manager in luxury hotels or resorts in the Maldives; excellent negotiation skills; and knowledge in procurement administration.
- The capability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be able to use mathematical operations to do things like frequency distribution.
- Analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
- Must have the ability to manage a team, and great leadership skills are essential.
