Experience Plus

Required Qualification & Experience:

The Service Plus Operator will be manning the Communications Center (Experience Plus) and must possess the ability to read, to listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Flexibility to work shifts and on weekends is required and a minimum of 1 year experience in a 5* Resort/Property is a must. Knowledge in Opera is essential.

Moreover, the Experience Plus may also be required to assist at the Reception Desk.

Good customer relation skills and communication via telephone + email are hence essential.

Main Job Responsibilities

All aspect of guest service / engagement & Front Office Cashiering

Required Qualification & Experience:

Opera / Fidelio experience minimum 12 months in a resort

12 months of Front Office experience as Receptionist / Cashier

College / Hotel School Diploma, European language – an added advantage

Excellent interpersonal skill, friendly and courteous

Positive attitude, be prepared to work shifts and flexible

Knowledge of and ability to operate and work with a variety of MS Windows based applications including all office applications; Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.

Ability to read, to listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
